Transform the handoff

Work should not disappear between teams.

01

See the owner

Every handoff keeps a responsible role and a clear waiting reason.

02

Decide with confidence

The relevant context meets the reviewer before action.

03

Trace the outcome

Success, failure and uncertain results stay distinct.

Experience preview

A clear path from event to outcome.

Signals arrive in one place, meet a visible decision, then move to the right person or authorized agent.

Connections

Connect through an approved path.

Forge starts with scoped MCP access. Broader channels are planned as independently reviewed connections with their own permission and data boundaries.

How would IoT and business systems connect?

From a device event to an accountable next step: a future reviewed adapter would accept selected events—not a raw telemetry stream—and send no reverse control command.

An administrative concept—not clinical decision support or approval for patient data.

No payment execution, tax filing or accounting-accuracy guarantee.

Field Service

From an unclaimed request
To a visible owner and follow-through

Manufacturing

From a missed maintenance issue
To accountable follow-up across shifts

Does not replace PLC, SCADA or MES, and issues no machine commands.

Marketing Operations

From drafts across channels
To clear assignment and review

Not a CRM or ad platform, and does not publish automatically.

Submitting a task does not include an automatic execution runtime; it requires a separately operated authorized worker. New access uses configured initial-owner setup or a valid invitation.

Practical questions

We already use AI and Codex. Why would we need Forge?

You may not need Forge for one-off AI tasks. Forge is being built for ongoing work where multiple AI providers, people and business systems must follow one workflow. Permissions, recorded status and foundational audit are available today; approvals, budgets and recovery are planned. Forge does not replace AI—it is the control layer intended to make many AIs a workforce your organization can govern. See product status

What can I use today?

v0.1 provides organization access, projects, tasks, recorded status, API keys and scoped MCP operations. Task execution needs a separately operated authorized worker.

Can AI approve or run work?

No. Copilot and AI access are planned. The initial direction limits assistance to private drafts for human review.

Is Forge a cloud service?

Yes. Forge is a controlled-access cloud service; no self-hosted product is offered.
