Forge Cloud

Terms of Use

Effective and last updated:
Document version: 2026-09-05-v0.1.1 · English

1. Forge and these terms

Forge is a product operated by Paw Partners Co., Ltd. (we, us, or Paw Partners) at https://forge.omniva-connect.com. These Terms of Use describe the conditions for using Forge. You means the person using the service and, where authorized, the organization on whose behalf that person acts. An organization is a customer workspace; an agent is a separately operated connected system that may claim and report authorized work.

Forge is Cloud-only; no self-hosted product is planned. Modular internal architecture or data-portability formats do not grant access to proprietary Engine code or a right to deploy Forge yourself beyond rights separately granted by an applicable license. Planned features and illustrative previews are not included services or commitments to release.

At this date, public pages, service health reporting, email/password login, verified initial-owner setup, invitation registration, password recovery, organization administration, projects, agents, scoped API keys, task submission and status, notifications, usage, audit logs, and a minimal MCP server are available. A separately configured worker is required for execution; no Codex runtime, billing, LINE login, or open public registration is included. Registration and invitation acceptance present the current terms and privacy notice and record the versions acknowledged.

2. Eligibility and authority

Use Forge only if you have the legal capacity and authority required for your actions. The service is intended for professional use, not for children. If acting for an organization, you must be authorized to bind it where an agreement is required and to submit its information and instructions. Do not misrepresent your identity, role, or authority.

3. Accounts and organization administration

Provide accurate necessary account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected compromise. Do not share personal sessions or attempt to use another person's credentials. You remain responsible for actions you authorize, subject to applicable law and our own responsibilities.

Organization administrators are responsible for appropriate invitations, roles, and removal of access when no longer needed. Their authority is limited to the organization and permitted operations. An administrator may affect your access to organization content; a global account does not confer rights in every organization. We may verify identity and authority before sensitive changes.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Forge for unlawful activity, infringement, fraud, harassment, malware, unauthorized access, or disclosure of another person's confidential information. Do not bypass authentication, tenant boundaries, quotas, or security controls; disrupt the service; or probe systems without authorization. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately through our contact channel and avoid accessing or exposing other people's data.

You must hold the rights and permissions needed for repositories, data, integrations, and execution environments you connect. A repository URL or an available agent is not evidence of permission to execute code, disclose data, deploy, or merge changes.

5. Your content and permissions

You or your licensors retain rights in content you submit, including code and task instructions. You authorize Paw Partners to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide the requested service, maintain security, and comply with law or the applicable agreement. This does not transfer ownership to us or authorize unrelated advertising use.

You are responsible for the lawfulness of your submissions and for giving relevant notices and obtaining permissions for other people's information. Avoid credentials and sensitive personal data unless an expressly supported use and safeguards have been agreed. Organization content may be visible to its authorized members. Keep appropriate independent copies of important material.

6. Agents and automated actions

Before connecting a worker or MCP client, review its execution scope, destination, permissions, API-key scopes, and approval requirements. Inspect generated code and other output before relying on it or using it in production. Automated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, insecure, or subject to third-party rights; it is not a guarantee of fitness or professional advice.

A task instruction must not authorize more access than you actually hold. Creating a project or recording a repository URL does not grant repository credentials or permission to deploy or merge. Forge records queue, lease, and reported outcome states, but does not itself execute code or prove that a Codex runtime is connected. Uncertain execution or a lost connection must be reconciled before repeating work; an interface status alone is not proof that every external action completed. Nothing here removes responsibility that applicable law places on Paw Partners.

7. Third-party services

Hosting, email, identity, repository, and agent services may have their own terms and privacy notices. Optional integrations apply only when enabled and selected. You must comply with applicable third-party conditions and authorize the relevant access. We do not promise that an integration will remain available or that a provider will accept every request. We remain responsible for obligations imposed on us by law and our agreements.

8. Availability and service changes

We may maintain, change, or discontinue features, and availability can be affected by outages or third parties. We will give reasonable notice of material adverse changes when practicable; urgent security or legal action may require immediate changes. No uptime service-level agreement or uninterrupted operation is promised by these terms. Any separate written service commitment remains subject to its own terms and applicable law.

9. Quotas, plans, and fees

The service has no billing or plan-purchase flow. Initial organizations have operational safety limits for members, workspaces, projects, agents, concurrent tasks, and daily task submissions; a user may own up to five active organizations. These enforced limits are not paid allocations. If paid plans or charges are introduced, applicable pricing, payment conditions, cancellation terms, and any required refund rights will be presented before a paid commitment. These terms do not create a charge or authorize a payment. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

10. Forge intellectual property

Paw Partners and its licensors retain their rights in Forge's software, design, and branding, excluding your content and rights granted by applicable open-source licenses. Access to the service does not transfer those rights. Do not suggest endorsement by Paw Partners or use its marks misleadingly. Nothing here restricts rights that applicable law or a relevant software license grants you.

Customers retain their rights in their tenant business data and customer-created definitions, subject to other people's rights and applicable licenses. Any future marketplace templates would remain subject to their stated licenses; export would not include licensed source beyond those rights or Forge proprietary internals. No marketplace is currently offered by these terms.

11. Confidentiality and privacy

Respect confidential information accessible through Forge and use it only for authorized purposes. We restrict operational access to customer information according to its purpose and applicable agreements, with disclosure permitted where law requires it. Our Privacy Policy explains personal-data handling. Organization processing instructions and any separate confidentiality or data-processing agreement may add obligations. A privacy notice acknowledgment is not consent to unrelated optional processing.

12. Suspension and ending use

We may restrict access proportionately to address misuse, security risk, lack of authority, or legal requirements. Where appropriate and practicable, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve it; immediate action may be necessary to protect others. Contact us to question a restriction or request assistance ending use.

You may stop using Forge. Contact us or your organization about account closure and available retrieval/deletion options; self-service account deletion is not currently offered. Ending access does not necessarily erase records immediately: the Privacy Policy's retention principles and legal obligations apply. Provisions that by their nature remain relevant, including content rights, confidentiality, and lawful liability obligations, continue as applicable.

Planned self-service export/import would support authorized Forge Cloud organizations, regions or environments and supported open formats, not self-hosting. Customer definitions would import as editable drafts and historical records as a read-only archive that cannot trigger work; credentials and live bindings would need new authorization. These tools are not yet available. Any future post-cancellation export window, retention conditions or paid assistance will be disclosed before a relevant commitment, without restricting mandatory legal rights. Commercial controls are planned to restrict new work after applicable notice/grace rather than terminate admitted work or discard approvals; security or legal restrictions remain separate.

13. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without additional promises that it will be error-free or meet every particular requirement. Evaluate outputs and use appropriate safeguards for your circumstances. Express written commitments and rights that cannot legally be excluded remain effective.

Each party's liability is determined under applicable law and any enforceable agreement. Neither these terms nor an operational warning excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer and personal-data rights. We do not impose an arbitrary monetary liability cap or a blanket user indemnity through these public terms.

14. Thai law, changes, and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts of Thailand, without restricting any mandatory jurisdiction or protections available under applicable law. You may contact us to seek resolution first; this does not prevent a lawful complaint or court claim.

This revision, dated 5 September 2026, clarifies Cloud-only deployment, customer data rights and planned portability; it does not activate a new product or paid commitment. We retain earlier versions and historical acceptance records. We will provide additional notice of material changes as appropriate and obtain acceptance where required before applying revised terms to the relevant use. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights. A reviewed Thai translation is planned. Questions about these terms can be sent to Paw Partners using the details below.
